SAVHS Athena Award History

With the Athena Award Ceremony happening last week and our staff/community being able to celebrate alongside Lindsey Paulson, it reminded us of stories from the past. SAVCC takes part in the section 5AA Championship

The SAVCC teams traveled to Anoka High School to take part in the Section 5AA Championship race on Thursday afternoon.  The race setting is a unique one, the teams get to run around the old Anoka State Hospital Cemetery – perfect for Halloween time.  The 5AA Championship run is the qualifier for the State meet

SAVCC runners battle the heat at the 32nd Annual Roy Griak Invitational

The SAVCC girls and boys teams took part in the prestigious Roy Griak Invitational on Saturday.  The Griak was held at Les Bolsted Golf Course, and had races all throughout the day from NCAA Division 1 to high school.  Teams from all over the country come to St. Paul every year to take part in the
